Text can be automatically centered, indented, or placed in other approaches. When you want to exchange the format of textual content, you commonly need to pick the text, then do the formatting by using clicking the right buttons. Occasionally, there are exceptions to the pick-then-do paradigm. In Microsoft Word, there may be a function referred to as Format Painter with which you click on some already formatted textual content, then click on the Format Painter toolbar button, then drag the mouse cursor across some other text. If you double-click the Format Painter button, then it will likely be "locked" and you could paint lots of text. When you're performed, click on the Format Painter button once more to turn it off.
