Clients can alter the subtleties of an issue whenever. To alter an issue, the client should open an issue from any of the accessible choices from My View Page or View Issue page from the left menu choice.

Stage 1 − Open the issue in View page by tapping on Issue ID.

Stage 2 − After opening the View Issue Details page, click the Edit button as appeared in the accompanying screen capture.
Refreshing Issue data page opens up indicating the editable fields as portrayed in the accompanying screen capture.
Stage 3 − After altering the data, click the Update Information button as appeared in the accompanying screen capture.
